we was getting almost no information about the bus
the lady in the bus was also unfriendly and was staring at my girlfriend
the way she was acting gave me flashbacks from military

Aisling Absolutely awful if I could give 0 stars I would. Do not book with this company. Ferry was ok but the bus was horrible. Firstly we got taken off 1 bus that was ok to wait around for 15 minutes and then we got put on a different bus and it was absolutely disgusting! Wires/pipes hanging down from the roof. Something dripped a few times on my partner. Seats incredibly uncomfy. The A/C vent above us was broken with a water bottle hanging out of it which fell down during the trip leaving the vent open blowing freezing cold air straight down on top of us. It was absolutely awful. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Everything was on time.
Small bad point : toilets in the bus were not clean at all.

Priscila RAfter the ferry, we took two vans and arrived about two hours later at Surat Thani Bus Terminal. It’s a normal bus station! But the issue started when we went to the ticket counter. The woman at the bus office told us the bus only goes to the Southern Terminal in Bangkok, not to Khao San Road as advertised when booking through 12Go Asia.
Naturally, people started complaining because this information was different from what we paid for. She said there was nothing she could do and that she had just received a message saying eight passengers were booked. Then she became upset and suddenly said the bus would go “anywhere,” which only added more confusion.
After everyone calmed down, she finally printed the tickets for all of us. Overall, the bus itself was fine, but the communication was unclear and the whole experience felt disorganized.

Henri KThe minibus driver was behaving erratically and was angry. I couldn't get on board because the tape to attach to my shirt was missing. However, I had to show the driver my tickets. Finally, he let me on board when the passenger matched the number.
I would not accept this driver's services again.
