Swelzan Right from check-in to drop off the team helped us in organizing and managing. So it was a big bus that took people from Bangkok to various other parts of south Thailand. In the morning, we shifted to smaller minivans and taken to our ferry. The ferry ride was also punctual and comfortable. This is the second time I have used this service.

Tamara SCommunication wasn’t good. We got off the ferry trying to find the bus which ended up being a van to the bus which took another hour. No one communicated where and when we are going. I was with two kids and it felt very difficult. It was also pouring with rain and no one helped with the bags. The sleeper bus was ok, although it was freezing! And the worse part is that somehow money was stolen from my bag which was next to me while I was sleeping despite the bag being next to me the whole night. We used another company on our way to the islands and we felt a lot more secure. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Martyn BFerry left on time. Had to ask a few people to find bus, was sent here, sent there. Found bus. Fully loaded bus. After driving about an hour made a stop and told to get off, no real instructions, no great English speakers. Confusing. Then we were loaded on 2 buses, much more space. One bus broke down, so people had to get on bus. Some people had to sit on floor. Driver said " only 1hr 10, too bangkok, when Google maps said it was nearer 4. Pit stops seemed to be more about getting money out of us.

Janina I booked the VIP Bus for the day ride and I used the VIP room on the ferry boat. Both were clean and on the bus everybody was able to sleep and relax in the seats with a blanket. On the bus, we got water and a little Snack.
Before the bus, we were able to get lunch and in the middle of the bus right there was a stop at a Food Lounge Center. The bus ride lasted 2 hours longer to Bangkok, but that was okay.
