Ferry departed over an hour late. We had been waiting for over 3 hours by this point in the sun as there was not enough cover and seats at the port. The embarking was very disorganised and confusing as nobody knew when their ferry was boarding. Also there were hidden fees in the fact that there was a terminal fee of 20 pesos per person. Not a problem if we had known about it but we did not have any small change and struggled to pay it. Once on the ferry, the journey took longer than expected and it was very hot onboard making for a very unpleasant journey.

No Information online if Ferry is going or not. Not answering the phone, not replying any Message. We had to Go to the Port to find out. 2 h Delay, no Information. Ferry took 5h instead of 3,5h.

I got sick because of the extreme motion of the ferry, it was cold inside, wifi was not working great. Only good thing was that we could bring our luggages with no problem

It was on time. We arrived late because of the weather (4h30 time). Everything went well. The seats were comfortable. The A/C was perfect, not too hot, not too cold. Maybe it would be great to warn us about the government fees we have to pay so that we can be prepared. 20 PHP on departure and 200 PHP once arrived.

After reading the reviews we had low expectations of this trip. We boarded about 11:45 but didn’t leave until 12:15. Also the fact this is advertised as a 3.5hr ferry is a massive lie it was around 5hrs in total. It’s a shame because if they’d just advertised this as the correct time we wouldn’t have had any complaints
