Simon GThe overall experience was great and the only thing I would say is the air-con is very cold especially if your sitting there for a while in can become quite uncomfortable. If that could be adjusted then it would make the experience perfect.

More attention needs to be given to the windows that were very obscured by a lack of cleaning. It is frustrating when you have a windows seat and you can't see outside !!
