Outside the terminal in Batangas, it's as criminal as a slum. People are begging, and it's simply terrifying. I could never arrive there with my wife and young child. The terminal itself is okay, but the organization is poor. I had a ticket but ended up in a queue where people were buying tickets. There was no discernible difference between the two groups. The queues weren't clearly marked. There was an extra fee for the terminal or something, around 60 PHP. Why isn't that included in the price? Having to queue again with luggage is completely unnecessary. The connection wasn't listed on the display board. The flight started about 45 minutes late. This wasn't indicated, and if it had been canceled, I would have been stranded. The service staff were friendly and efficient. The air-conditioned cabin, whose air vent was directly above the bed, was so cold that I was wearing a t-shirt, vest, jacket, and raincoat, and I was still freezing. The only solution was to move to a lower cabin. Of the 10-hour crossing, I only managed to sleep for 3 hours. It was a nightmare, and it could have been wonderful. It's a shame, please change many things so that other people can have a great experience. Or maybe I will too, on the way back.

Good but they don't gave free upgrade since the aircon bunk were not occupied there's a lot ot vacant we ask for free upgrade but they wanted us to pay for free upgrade.
