All went good, arrived on time, bus was comfortable, it had a bathroom, good AC, we were provided blankets and water. We left a little bit late, but still arrived to the pier 1.5h before the boat, so that was not an issue.

Bus was comfortable, stop was at 2 am at a big public stop… toilets with no toilet paper and no flush. Was a real thai experience like that haha. Arrived at 5 at the port and ferry started at 7. Was a nice trip!

I bought a bus ticket from Bangkok to Koh Phangan. The bus was comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. They were polite and took good care of me. The price was reasonable, and I arrived in Koh Phangan right on time. Excellent!

Overall, the booking was super easy and fairly priced. The VIP was TOTALLY worth the extra 10$ for a comfortable ride with water, snacks, blankets and USB charging ports. The bus ride was only 6 hours, so we arrived at the port at 5 am and had to wait until 7 to get on the ferry. The ferry did make 2 stops before Koh Phangan so it took over 3 hours to reach the island when its supposed to be 1 hour. The bus and boat were not as cold as expected. I did bring additional layers but the A/C felt nice and not overwhelming, though I have heard that it can get very cold. The reason for 3 stars is that the terminal on the ticket is NOT CORRECT! It's not the South Bus Station. Its the old south station. Look up Sai Tai Guo OR Lompraya Bangkok to get to the right place. The taxi took me to the wrong station and I almost missed the bus. I messaged 12Go to help and they said they couldnt. Thank gd I found the Lompraya bus number online and with my local SIM I was able to call and they held the bus.

Very nice people, everything was perfectly organised, the bus was very comfortable and we even got a little snack and a drink. Maybe if it has wifi it would be better but that doesn’t change the fact that this was the best bus ride I had.
