Well organized. Good busdriver, people on the boat were very friendly. A bit more information (when we will arrive etc.) during the bus ride would have been great. And a bit more vegetarian meals available to choose from ...

Perfect: clean, comfortable, adequate prise, cool experience! And extra option to see sunrise on pier. One unexpected detail: I was sure we will travel from Surat thani pier to Phangan, but there was another one. Would be cool to see this information in advance

Friendly service, seats are fabric (leather is more comfortable) but otherwise enough room to lean seat back and sleep.

Most of the tour was smooth. The bus was comfi, most info was clear, we left on time. The only thing that was weird is that we had to get out of the bus in the middle of the night for half an hour to get to a food court. They put on the lights so everybody wakes up; thats unnecessary. And I think it would be practical if the bus would leave an hour later. We had to wait about two hours for the boat on the pier.

The bustrip and the boat trip were highly uncomfortable. It is clear that the company has one goal only: to get as many people as fast to destination. While that sounds great on paper, the reality is that the busdriver will drive like a madmen to get there even before the planned arrival, so people get dropped at 4:45 AM at a parking place with some plastic chairs to get the boat to the islands. The boat goes no matter what the conditions are, even if that means dozens of people throwing up because of the high waves. I had to recover for two days after this journey. Would not recommend.

the. ya was nice they gave us blankets and it was nice and cool. it would have been nice if they didn’t stop at 2am but i know some people had to pee. the ferry was the hard part of the journey. me and a lot of other people on the boat got pretty sea sick and it smelled like the exhaust from the boat was being funneled into the cabin
