Emily WBoarding and check in was very smooth, and seats were comfortable.
Border crossing was also straightforward.
However, driver was honking his horn loudly the entire journey and driving like a maniac. He also kept stopping for random breaks but wouldn’t say anything. We also arrived nearly an hour late but I understand Ho Chi Minh traffic is no joke.
Drop off address is to HCMC is actually Saigon bus terminal so this needs to be changed on ticket voucher.

Pierre PWe were very poorly received, not a smile, not a word, not an explanation in English. At each stop it was stressful, we didn't know if it was a break, how long or if we had to change buses. They spoke to us in Vietnamese and we got yelled at because we didn't understand. I do not recommend this company at all for tourists!
