Pamela SI appreciated the driving and getting there on time. I was frustrated that the conductor wasn't taking bags for the storage underneath until most everyone else had boarded so I didn't get to pick my seat first even though I was first in line. Also, my seat back was broken and wouldn't stay up. The seat was comfortable but the bus was FREEZING and now I have a cold.

Gregorio HTo arrive 3 hours after approx arrival time, despite there having been not too much traffic, is too much of a margin, I think. The entertainment system was not on most of the time. Otherwise OK.

Lexter SThe bus departed 30 mins late. The CR was not clean. They pick-up passengers who are standing along the aisle until the bus was jam packed which is inconvenient for passengers who paid premium for an exclusive trip to arrive on-time and to have a supposed to be “smooth” experience.

Paul BThere were a number of problems culminating in a late arrival of three and a half hours. First, the bus station doesn’t clearly mark where to go for tickets. I’m told by the attendant that it has no bathroom- for what turned out to be a nearly 11 hour ride, that is wrong. The tickets were for a direct transport on luxury bus for 7 hours written on the voucher 4 pm arrival. Traffic was not that bad, but the bus stopped about 25 times to pick up and drop off people from the side of the road. It let on vendors to sell stuff. Delays for no reason causing arrival near 7:30 pm.
