Grace AI booked for the luxury liner with wifi and CR but 4 hrs before the travel, the staff called and informed of the change of bus to one without wifi and CR. The seat was not comfortable because the cushion was poor and the seat cant be reclined. The trip was too long because of 2 stop overs plus picking of passengers along the way. It was not what I expected and booked for.
