Arlen The bus was 3 hours late. They said that this was because of traffic but I ended up boarding a bus with people whose ticket said different times and it was a double decker bus rather than a single decker. This makes me think they just wanted to combine several buses to save money, and used the traffic as an excuse. Also the staff at the bus station were very rude when I asked when the bus would arrive. The bus was quite comfortable though.

Gary DHesitant at first when booking, so only booked one way ticket. Only issue was I booked and selected seats and whilst sat on bus, another male turned up and had same seat number on his ticket. Driver sorted it so no real drama. Clean coach, loads of room, comfy seats, air con great, journey time was less than stated. Couldn't fault it really, so much so, have now booked a return journey.

Dagimhiwat HI did not expect the bus to be on time as stated on the site this bus was 2.5 hrs late which is just way too long. While the seats were comfortable the bus was not very clean and I saw a cockroach by where I was resting my head on the window.
