None of the services announced were respected. The bus was not “VIP” at all. They send a person (stoned) to pick us up, one hour late. We spent 2h30, in a little car without any explanation. We were then dropped in the middle of nowhere, waiting to be assigned to a “real” bus. No one was able to give us any kind of information and they even yield at us when we dared to ask some questions. As for the bus, it was awful. The sits were not comfortable at all, the bus driver talk loudly to his friends all night, at lot sound on the bus didn’t allow anyone to sleep, no wifi, no restrooms, no water or even food were provided. We only made one stop to buy some food (even though it was supposed to be given to us). In the end we were dropped on the side of a highway… Overall, run away.

I waited at no. 17 for my Lignite bus, only to be told that my bus was actually at no.16, despite what my ticket told me. Apparently, the guy in charge of getting passengers on the bus had overlooked me. He threw my backpack into the storage bin in a way that made me cringe. The trip was fine. I was the only foreigner on the bus. There is a 20 minute break and you get a free meal. The guy outside the dining area, telling people about the free meal, probably 50 years old with short hair, I found him to be rude and impatient. I should not have said anything to him.

Booked for VIP with food and drinks but nothing was provided, we were let in last as family of 4 and scattered over the remaining seats, finding out they were one seat short. Luckily this was solved, not by the organisation but by another passenger offering to spend the trip on some sort of couch in the bottom section, so that our son could sit close to one of the parents.

The bus arrived on time. It was a little mess and confusing at times but we managed to get on a bus first. We had enough stops for toilets and ac was working. Enough space for legs. The bus was comfortable for this price

I booked for a VIP Bus, everyone who booked for a normal bus were seated in the same bus as well, there was nothing VIP in the bus. The food was average, i would rather bring my own food and charging points were broken. Seats were ok , didn’t recline much. The pickup happened at 4:45 pm although it said 3:30 pm in the pdf. Staff was weird, toilets stank the whole night

We had to change the bus and the staff was very rude. Seats were not comfortable as other companies and they did not offer any snacks of drinks. Driver was very aggressive as well.

Good bus, good seats, airco, blanket and I felt safe. Arriving at 05.00 AM is early, but after that traffic gets heavy so a good choice.
