Arrival time is almost 2 hrs late. May be due to the rain. I asked the company counter at Bus terminal 2, and one of the staff said, you just wait, I do not know arrival time.

The bus took an extra few hours to arrive. No sleeper cabins, but comfortable reclining seats. Not many stops.

Seat recliners were broken so we were rigid the whole time. The bus got us there safely so that’s really all we can ask for but we were glad to get to our hotel when we got there.

If the staff can talk in good English it will be more convenience . When it stop at dinner location. She explain only in thai.So the other passengers didn't understant. And get trouble about exchange ticket and food card and didn't get enough time to eat.If we will understand in the bus if will be more easier.

Overall, a quiet trip, bad smell inside, not very comfortable seats, seat belt did not work, backpack compartment was very small, the bus was very old and looked dirty

Many stops, the trip was two hours longer than expected. The bus bathroom was extremely dirty.

Everything could have been better, if the toilet was better, very small and not functional ( locked). but , the seats were very confortable , large and big.
