Bangkok to Koh Phangan Destination Reviews

Someone went through all our bags that were stored in the lower department. We noticed after they dropped us off since something was hanging out of the bag which seemed a bit sus but thought it might've fallen out with moving all the bags or whatever. Later in the hotel we noticed that they went through the other bag as well. Nothing valuable was in there so nothing got stolen but I still feel disgusted by knowing that someone went through my bag. With boarding the Bus the staff pointed at a sign saying "keep all your valuables with you" which means that the company is aware of the problem. Apart from that, the ride was very comfortable (but also very cold) and well organized. Would love to give more stars but stealing shit is not it, sorry.

Be prepared to suddenly get thrown out of the bus and wait for a few hours in the middle of the night for a minivan to bring you to the pier and wait again until your ferry departs. Some thais unfortunately just don't care about courtesy. Besides that- comfortable bus and arrived at the destined location:)

Toilet was disgusting all the way from Bangkok for around 10hrs travel. We chose vip and there were people sleeping on the floor and around the bags, the WiFi doesn’t exist and you stop in a very limited local restaurant.
