Horrible experience with Starmart Express. Was late by 3 hours and did stop for a food break. It took totally 9 hours to reach from Singapore to Kualalumpur. Should refund the money.

Staff especially in the front desk woman is not accommodating. Vey snob and not helpful when ask questions. Same with the person in charge in Berjaya. We ask if we could board earlier she told us we will pay 1% of the total payment instead of 1RM she made us pay 20RM

The bus was supposed to leave at 0900. There was no communication at all, no indication that the bus was delayed or that we were even in the right place. We tried calling every number on the booking form, including the "hotline" and got no reply on any of them, I also messaged on WhatsApp and sent an email and only received a response an hour later, after the bus had finally arrived. It was an extremely stressful experience. The bus left long after the advertised departure time with no explanation or apology from the staff there and there was nobody present at the time we were all told to get there to give any information, which is simply not acceptable. The conductor on the bus was also surly and unnecessarily unpleasant, and whilst the seats were reasonably comfortable, the inside of the bus was certainly not very clean, Finally, the advertised arrival time was 14:37. We didn't actually arrive until after 18:00.

Bus was ok, No trinking and eating allowed. We had a traffic jam and needed 8 hours...bad idea without trinking and eating. Also it was not clear, that we had to sign in a office near by.

Easy to find pick up spot and in city centre But the should be usb on the bus Don't write that the journey takes 5hours when it takes 8 hours 😠 don't blame circumstances that you can't control, there were no traffic jam or others delays until the last hour, should have taken the flight instead ✈️
