We just got dropped off at the border without any informations for the next bus, then we had to wait one hour and when the next bus finally came we arrived at 4:30AM instead of 1AM. Also when we stopped and i went to the toilet I saw our driver sleeping on the wheel with his head, he looked so tired and exhausted and shouldn’t drive the bus, I didn’t feel safe.

I guess that's the industry standard. I missed links to track the bus position. Therefore a lot of uncertainty about actual pick up (30 minutes late without information) and arrival time (5 hours delayed). While the driver did his best to drive fast I felt there was zero communication, dangerous and reckless driving and no wifi as advertised on the bus.

The bus itself was clean, the driver was fantastic and very attentive. However, please be prepared for the awful traffic of getting to KL from Singapore. A five hour journey took us 10 and a half hours to get there.

It wasn’t the best experience of my life. The bus was at least 30 minutes late, which isn’t the end of the world. But the seats were quite uncomfortable — most of them were broken in some way, and theyhaving proper leg support just all of them worng. It was almost impossible to sleep or even find a comfortable position. The worst part was the air conditioning — it was freezing cold on the bus. Honestly, it felt like a miracle that we didn’t get sick after spending six hours in what felt like a fridge. I asked the driver to turn down the aircon, and he tried, but unfortunately, nothing changed. On the positive side, the support staff was friendly and responsive, and the fare was super cheap. There’s definitely a lot of room to improve the service, but I guess this is how they keep it affordable.

Bus was not in good condition. AC was not working well. It was so hot inside the bus. We stopped twice so the driver can check. A male passenger said there’s engine problem on the second stop. It was not safe!!! The driver was on the phone most of the time from Singapore to KL. I didn’t feel safe. His loud voice on the fon was so irritating to the ears. For safety reasons, bus drivers shouldn’t be allowed on the fon while in motion. The bus arrived KL few minutes before 12 midnight! We were not able to get in our scheduled evening tour. What a waste of money!! When we booked this bus, it stated 2:30 pm from SG and arriving at 7:30 in KL, but the five hours was doubled!!! Driver is not courteous. Horrible ride!!!
