Gary JRude receptionist at kiosk in Singapore. She was rude to me on two seperate occasions. 3rd time of attempting to get our tickets my partner got them... all nice and smiley then. Perhaps she is in wrong job. Can supply more details of her should you wish to follow up. Coach actually never made destination. It was running late so I assume this was f9r.operational reasons. It's the lack of notice from the driver and clarity that is the issue here. Would I use you again? Yes once more to return on our booked ticked back to.Singapire. and that will be it.

Preben HUnfortunately, a 5 hours bus became a 8-9 hour bus.. would also be nice to have charging ports in the bus for tourists. Also i bought a wrong ticket by accident one time and could neither sell it or return it.. so i had to buy a new one.

Sadagopan This was the worst experience we’ve ever had. First, we were informed on the very same day that we would have to switch to a different bus at the Malaysian border! Then, the nightmare began! We weren't allowed to sit in our reserved seats; instead, we were told to sit wherever there was space (I had specifically booked so that our family—including the children—could sit together). When I spoke to the driver about it, he started shouting at us, threatened to throw us off the bus, and even tried to hit me; the children started crying. So, I stopped arguing with him. Even so, we still weren't allowed to use our reserved seats. We felt completely helpless. To make matters worse, the driver was drunk. He acted as if we should be grateful just to be on the bus and have seats at all—as if we were traveling for free. Yet I had paid a high price for these tickets. And then this happened! Extremely disappointing. Never again with this bus company.

Jader DThe bust from Singapore to KL was on timed the information to so the clearance in the customs was given and it was pretty fast, but it took 7 hours to arrive. I guess this is the average time, not 4.

Baerbel VFirst of all, I had a question regarding immigration—specifically, which tour number I was supposed to enter—but unfortunately, I received no reply. As a result, I had to sort it out just before the trip, which caused quite a bit of stress. Furthermore, the drivers were very unfriendly; we were constantly threatened that we weren't allowed to eat or drink on the bus, or else we would be thrown off. We also had to switch buses at the Kuala Lumpur city limits, as apparently only one bus was authorized to drive within the city—something we hadn't been aware of beforehand. For me, it’s a "never again." The bus itself was comfortable, and it could actually have been a pleasant journey

Sandra We went to the ticket office in Boonlay. There was a very unfriendly women. They gave us a our ticket and no more informations more. We we’re not sure where our bus starts so I asked again and she was really unfriendly. For a foreign visitor is no explanation on the voucher or anything else. The staff didn’t help. So I would never book again this tour.

Pier P7 hours trip, really too long from Singapire to KL! We had also to wait a smaller bus to change after TBS in order to reach Times Square and it was not clear at the booking and payment.
