Lanila PBus was not in good condition. AC was not working well. It was so hot inside the bus. We stopped twice so the driver can check. A male passenger said there’s engine problem on the second stop. It was not safe!!! The driver was on the phone most of the time from Singapore to KL. I didn’t feel safe. His loud voice on the fon was so irritating to the ears. For safety reasons, bus drivers shouldn’t be allowed on the fon while in motion. The bus arrived KL few minutes before 12 midnight! We were not able to get in our scheduled evening tour. What a waste of money!! When we booked this bus, it stated 2:30 pm from SG and arriving at 7:30 in KL, but the five hours was doubled!!! Driver is not courteous. Horrible ride!!!

Nadine SThe Ride was good and i felt safe. Thats the only good thing. We booked a bus for 2:30 pm and the bus picked us up 1,5 Hours later. In beetween we got no Information. We didnt know how Long we have to wait…1 Hour or 4 Hours? Nobody gave us Information…
So at the end the trip was good, but waiting without Information was bad. :(

Maija KThe ride was good and the seats were very nice. But finding the bus stop was hard because the address was very wrong in their sites. We took a bus from singapore-kuala lumpur and we almost missed it because we didn’t know where to go. There was couple people who managed to help us to find it.

Matilde FThe first bus that I took from Singapore to the checkpoint it was everything ok but after that the second driver was terrible, was delay and then in stoped in Malaca and ask everyone if someone is wants to stay there, no one said anything out loud . But then he seat in his seat checking the phone during one hour without give any explanation why we were not moving . He said he didn’t speak English . In the end we realized after a long period of waiting that we were waiting for a taxi for one lady that was on board . We had more than 2 hours of delay :/ not correct . The guys was eating, smoking while driving . Not a great experience .

Enya-leigh Kno issues, struggled to find the bus stop and the counter for star mart that you have to go in and collect your print out ticket, once that was sorted al was fine. the driver was quite shouty whenever we stopped and was scary.

Gemma The lady at the office and the first bus driver were really nice and helpful, so we crossed the border with no problems. We transferred to the second bus after clearing Malaysian immigration. The second driver was extremely rude and aggressive. He talked loudly on his phone for most of the trip, and when we arrived at the first KL stop (TBS) most people got off, confused as to whether it was the last stop. I asked him if we would continue to Times Square and he shouted an unclear response at me, but I stayed on the bus and hoped for the best. One girl who got off asked if this was the last stop, so he shouted at her, closed the doors and drove away. I think a lot of people were stranded at TBS because of this, because only one other girl and I stayed on the bus. Buses themselves were very comfortable with nice seats, so it's a shame this second bus driver made the end of the experience quite stressful.
