Our journey was cancelled one hour before departure. Unfortunately, we only found this out because we were already at the designated pick-up point and asked about it. We were offered a refund or an alternative bus. We opted for the latter, as we had to get to Kuala Lumpur somehow. As a result, we unfortunately had to make our way to a different pick-up point. Furthermore, it was only once we had arrived in Kuala Lumpur that we were told we would be arriving somewhere completely different from what was originally planned. Unfortunately, we then had to find our way for the rest of the journey without any assistance. A shame, as otherwise the journey was very comfortable.

The bus after the boarder was comfortable and as described. The process of getting to the boarder required us to change buses twice and one of them was very old and mouldy smelling. The operators were not helpful when we asked questions and we were very unsure if we were even on the right bus.
