The service was very good overall. The staff explained how to get on the bus kindly. The bus was kept clean and seat was also really comfortable. Thoug the bus didn't arrive on time due to the traffic situation, it's okay. All I can say the people who use this service is not to forget to print the voucher out.

The experience was not pleasant at all. To start with, the pick-up point in Singapore (Bugis MRT exit D) is super difficult to find. It's literally in the middle of an avenue in front of a hotel, with no identifying sign, and it doesn't correspond to the street address (I recommend looking on the official Cityline website, where they at least have a photo). The driver arrived 15 minutes early, and on the plus side, they call you if you're not at the pick-up point on time. We got on that bus, and at no point did they give me any information on the PDF that when crossing the border into Malaysia, you have to get off twice to go through security, and the second time you get off, you have to change buses! But no one explains which bus you should get on. In fact, there was a huge line that we thought we'd have to wait in. Thanks to a local who explained to us that tourists didn't have to do that and that we had to look for our bus in the bus area (this meant asking each driver one by one). And finally, the driver who took us to Kuala Lumpur spent four hours on his phone, texting and talking, driving incredibly fast. We were scared. I've taken many buses to change cities or countries, and I've never had such a horrible experience.

It was a very good trip, the only thing is the driver don’t speak english he only speak his local language and we foreign travelers are having difficulty communicating with him considering that most of his passengers are not locals plus it will be better if he is a bit friendly for him to become less intimidating.

Had to change bus twice with no explanation of what was going on. Driver stopped three times to make personal shopping trips, which would have been OK if we didn't arrive 3 hours late.
