Boon Lay to TBS Kuala Lumpur Destination Reviews

LI
First of all the Bus from until the border was delayed of almost 3 Hours. Than After we entered the allocated bus which is always a different one after immigration we have been sent to another bus of another Agency. So at the end we have been Traveling with Star Express until Kuala Lumpur and arrived 4,5 hours belated. And the worst no one updated us well. Also the Communication or the bus drivers has been really poor and quite unfriendly. Really not what I was used from previous bus rides.

The bus arrived in Singapore more than 2 hours late, and we arrived in Kuala Lumpur 4 hours late. They gave us incorrect information about the delay, and even after we messaged them on WhatsApp, they couldn't provide clear information. They made us change buses, and on each bus the air conditioning was on full blast, set to 22°C. When we made the 20-minute stop, the driver closed the bus door and only came back before leaving, leaving us without the option to reboard. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Incompetent, the driver did not even speak to us when he was there for 1 hour and we saw him arrive. He's just patient as if nothing had happened. He doesn't even try to find out who is there or not. We had to find another bus directly. Really disappointing. Money gone up in smoke

the trip to singapore was very good.however, the return trip to malaysia was disappointing. we were not informed that we need to transfer buses for 3 times and we had to wait for a long time to the next bus to arrive. the trip was supposed to be at 1:10pm to 6:38pm however, because of the long waiting time, we arrived KL at 10pm already. some of us had to rebook their flights at the airport because of the delays. please work on this.thank you

The score is not very high because the bus was very old.

The bus came in time. But we didn’t get information about the procedure at the borderl. Especially we didn’t know that we should change buses. So a part of us left some belongings in the first bus and were forced to cross the border again. Then the second bus that was very comfortable was on delay. So we feared to be forgotten, no happy feeling in a unknown country. Otherwise o.k.! Regards!

Bus drive was fine but they gave very little information as to what was happening especially with going through border control. We also arrived 5 hours early with no warning this was a possibility meaning we were left with no where to go and no sleep for the night.

I would recommend this bus because it was comfortable and the driver stopped twice so that people could use the toilets and get some food. You could also charge your phones. However it says the trip takes 5 hours but it actually took us 7 hours, because we had to swap buses twice and go through the Singapore & Malaysia border, and because there was a lot of traffic in Kuala Lumpur. But overall the service will get you from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur comfortably.
