Craig LPlaced at the front of the bus directly above the airhorn. Even though they were empty bunks. The drivers allowed more than 2 people to occupy the other bunks.

Cam MI got to the bus location about four hours early which was changed from the original pick up spot. Boarding the bus was a bit chaotic as it seemed no one knew what was going on. I asked one of the workers if the bus that was in front of me was my bus and he said no and then shortly after ran and told me it was my bus. Once we got moving, the bus broke down within an hour of the trip. We waited for about an hour or so until they fixed it. A number of hours after that the bus pulled over and no one was sure why and then we found out the bus had broken down again for approximately six hours. Not informed why or how long we’ll be waiting when I message the contact on WhatsApp he said he would let me know and never got back to me. Once things started rolling, the bus ride was enjoyable and the sleeper was very comfortable. We stopped and got food, which was pretty good.

Asher AAbsolutely terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The economics of this bus are so faulty, It's literally impossible to have a rest of any kind.
Rude staff, stops at places with awfully dirty toilets. In short, avoid at all cost!

Lorina DIt was a good experience. The bus (sleeping room and bathroom) were clean. The price included meals. We stopped at some restaurants and had local food. Even though the bus stuff only spoke Vietnamese we were able to communicate. They were very friendly. We had a delay in the beginning but came earlier to our destination. If you’re picky you should were long clothes because I don’t think they wash the blankets which they offer for every cabin. Nevertheless I was able to sleep! I can recommend the company.

Laura JNOT as advertised! I will never trust 12Go again. I paid a premium to get a premium bus as the trip was long, 19 hrs. The sleeper bus as horribly old and filthy. Nothing like advertised!!! It also smelled horrible, filthy, musty and made it impossible to sleep. The staff were young and very polite and attentive. The pickup was 1.5 hrs late but drop off was 1 hr early. Which just meant they drove fast during the last half of the trip (a little scary at times, but most bus companies do this). They have a serious side gig of transporting items on this bus so our luggage was held inside the bus in the very back which was a little strange. I complained to 12Go about the condition of the bus with pictures but they just send the review link. I wish I could attach pictures to this review. Thoroughly gross!
