Perjalanan sangat aman. Bisa tidur dengan nyaman. Pemandu wisata sangat membantu dalam proses imigrasi.

Bus-busnya sangat nyaman, dan bahkan orang yang tinggi (1,86m) pun memiliki banyak ruang. Perjalanannya menyenangkan, tetapi kami juga menghindari jam sibuk. 5 jam dari Singapura ke Kuala Lumpur adalah waktu perjalanan murni. Selain itu, ada waktu istirahat dan penyeberangan perbatasan, yang sebenarnya tidak dapat Anda kendalikan. Singapura: Keberangkatan dari City Plaza. Ini bukan terminal bus besar yang sebenarnya; Anda mungkin awalnya berpikir Anda berada di tempat yang salah. Tetapi di belakang Plaza dan di seberang halte bus... itulah tempat yang tepat. Kuala Lumpur: TBS (Terminal Bus Wisata) sangat besar; Anda dapat mengambil tiket yang dipesan secara online di loket A. Sebaiknya Anda tidak hanya memiliki nomor pemesanan tetapi juga nama perusahaan bus yang Anda gunakan.

Bus berangkat tepat waktu. Bus bersih dan kursi nyaman dengan ruang kaki yang luas. Penyeberangan perbatasan adalah bisnis yang paling mulus. Pengemudi sama sekali tidak ramah, tetapi para wanita di konter check-in cukup menyenangkan. Teliti persyaratan visa paspor Anda karena staf Transtar tidak selalu mengetahui negara mana yang tidak memerlukan visa untuk memasuki Malaysia (yaitu Zimbabwe), jadi mereka membuat kami takut dengan mengatakan kami akan terjebak di perbatasan. Panggilan cepat ke kedutaan asal kami menyelesaikan masalah. Bus tiba di KL lebih cepat dari jadwal dan berhenti dengan nyaman di tikungan dari hotel kami di Bintang Bukit. Pasti akan menggunakan layanan bus ini lagi, tetapi berangkat dengan bus pagi untuk melihat pedesaan.

Busnya bagus dan bersih. Sampai setengah jalan bannya kempes dan bus yang dipindahkan sangat tidak sebagus bus sebelumnya. Busnya bau dan tua, tetapi kondektur bus itu membantu kami membawa barang bawaan. Saya harap lain kali mereka memeriksa terlebih dahulu sebelum berangkat karena bus berangkat 5 menit sebelum jadwal keberangkatan.

Perjalanan yang bagus secara keseluruhan. Pengemudi yang cakap, nilai terbaik untuk uang. Hanya saran yang akan menjadi toilet di pesawat dan juga Wi-Fi untuk digunakan penumpang. Akan menggunakan layanan ini lagi, mungkin pelatih kelas satu kali.

Staf yang ramah, kursi yang nyaman, dan perjalanan yang menyenangkan. Semuanya berjalan lancar. Saya pasti akan kembali lagi ke sini.

Perjalanan yang sangat mudah, busnya bersih dan nyaman. Mereka berhenti sekali untuk makan camilan dan ke kamar mandi, dan sisanya dihabiskan di sepanjang perjalanan. Secara keseluruhan, perjalanannya menyenangkan.

The review by Jenelle below says it all. The bus arrived a few hours late, however the price and comfort of the journey were fantastic.

Only 4* because we did not leave on time. Left 20minutes late and arrived KL 2 hours later than the scheduled arrival. However the bus itself is so comfortable! Seats recline far back and legs can be slightly elevated. Plenty of leg room! Note if you are taking the bus, the immigration might make your journey longer. Departure from SG was a breeze using biometric passports however this is not the case when entering Malaysia. The queues are absolute CHAOS! people tired, hot, sticky and pushing in the line so took us a good hour just to get through. But for the price we paid this is not bad at all!

It was a clean, comfortable bus, very quick too. My only complaint is that the pickup in Berjaya Times Square is not as written (at the main entrance near Starbucks), but at street level where you can find a sign with a bus pictogram and a couple bus counters. Had we been standing where advertised we probably would have missed it, though it was on time. Would take it again!

Pleasant trip, we arrived at the right time. there were 2 drivers, both were good.

The bus ride took about 6.5 hours, but it was smooth. We had to stop for Singaporean customs then Malaysian customs then again for a food stop . The ride was VERY COMFORTABLE.

Comfortable seats, but awful communication and incredibly rude staff

Bus was on time, trip was uninterrupted. First stop is Berjaya Times Square, which is so beneficial for travellers, who don't need any transportation means to get there, if they stay nearby. But, you should have served couple of complimentary things, such as water, small snacks, which makes your service better. Thank you for your cooperation.

Bus wasn't in the pick up place on time, was late by 20 minutes & it's only 7am & no traffic jam Have to give several calls to the office to checked. Also no sign waiting location for the bus

All very good, but the driver smoke on the trip!

Bus was on time and clean. Seat was very spacious with ample leg space. Every seat had its own entertainment unit with a rather large selection of new movies. We were offered a meal, hot drinks and a bottle of water. All members of staff were friendly and took good care of us during the whole trip and through the immigration procedures.

driver was driving too fast

Bus was 2.5 hours late. We went to One Utama, but a van brought us to another place in KL - because the bus did not stop at One Utama.... TV in the bus did not work. Seats were comfortable, but not every wirket. Meal and service were good, ride also.

Ended up booking another service with Transtar Travel.

Bit difficult to find the exact spot from which the bus leaves and the counter wasn;'t open for the early bus but the bus itself was very comfortable, nice entertainment system and friendly staff.

Very Good Trip, expecially the service and reliability

Nicer trip than we expected! It was a little tricky to find where to meet the bus, but the ride was very comfortable, and the operator handled a difficult situation well.
