When we started we had only reseaved a ticket for Melaka and not the retour ticket. The bus company advised to buy a new return ticket. After we have started our trip to Melaka we reseaved from 12go our return ticket. So we have now payed for 2 return tickets. The day we went back to Singapore we stood at the agreed place by the hospital but at the last moment you informed us for an other pick up point. The bus pasted the hospital but didn't stopped.

Bus was cancelled and rescheduled for 3 hours later. Bus showed up 45 minutes late. Operated was rude and unhelpful. Bus was very cold.
