English My overall experience was not very good. I had to get off the bus twice: first to hand over my passport at immigration, and then again to go through passport control and have my luggage inspected. At no point was I informed that this would be necessary. At the ticket counter, before boarding the bus, I was only told that I needed the arrival card, which I already had. I believe passengers should be informed about this process in advance to avoid confusion and make the journey more comfortable.

It was a good ride, yet we lost 4h at the malaysian border due to traffic jam and it is written nowhere that we can have this kind of delays. So we arrived late in the city.
