Comfortable drive and safe driver. No on board toilet but enough rest stops and power outlets didn't work. Bus left at 8am but was advertised to leave at 7.30am so allow for a slight delay if catching flights etc.

The bus was comfortable, clean, and on time. The driver was cautious and had a positive attitude. And the AC was working well. Great experience overall.

The drop off point is not correct. It’s far out of Thamel on the ring road. No explanation, people just get dropped off. I requested a seat reservation in the front and was placed on the last seat in the back where every bumb is very intense and it threw people off the seats sometimes. The rest stops weren’t great, old facilities and horrific toilets. I had way better experiences with another company. The bus itself was old inside and the seat tilted to one side.

They picked me up on the road, exactly in the right place. It would have been very difficult without the WhatsApp contact with the driver and without knowing the buses number plate. The road near Kathmandu was in a very bad condition, but we arrived with less than 1 hour delay. We stopped 3 times for short breaks which was good.

Bus was good but the service was pathetic. They have not mentioned the exact boarding point in the ticket, upon calling and checking, asked to wait in a point and assured they will pick from there. Later they missed the stop and went to the next stop and called us and shouted to go there taking a taxi. It was night around 9.30 and there were no taxis available and at last need to pay more charge to reach the destination. The person spoke on the phone was harsh and only know local language. After knowing that we were not from india aswell, they did not gave any consideration. Wont prefer their service again for sure.. And wont recommend for any foreigners aswell.

Did not drop us off in the spot specified on ticket. Ended up being a 40 min walk to hotel with baggage instead of a 5 min walk.

The bus was an hour late, they don’t pull into the bus station you have to stand out on the road. We weren’t assigned seats on our tickets. Then they didn’t drop us at the tourist bus station like the ticket claimed but out on the highway. One positive was they let my husband change seats as he is tall and the guy in front of him had put ihis seat all the way back.
