The bus was an hour late, they don’t pull into the bus station you have to stand out on the road. We weren’t assigned seats on our tickets. Then they didn’t drop us at the tourist bus station like the ticket claimed but out on the highway. One positive was they let my husband change seats as he is tall and the guy in front of him had put ihis seat all the way back.

The name of the opetator was a bit different, the bus started from Pokhara 15 min later by schedule, it stopped almost every hour, the guy who helped the driver wasn't kind at all, but the biggest flaw was that the end station was different, it stopped at this point: https://maps.app.goo.gl/jAwkZNgs9dsPEV8v7 Then went to Balaju or somewhere else.

The check-in process was crazy, three different answers from the guys at Swift office at Pohkara bus station as to which bus to take, one guy suggesting I booked the 8:45 bus and not the 7:30. We made many stops along the way to pickup and drop off people and then the bus dropped the foreigners off a 20 minute walk into Thamel or an overpriced taxi ride in. I will not book with 12go again.

The bus did not drop me off at the Shorakhutte bus stop; rather, it was at the Gongabu Bus Park. Had I known, I would have gotten off the bus one stop earlier which would have been closer to my final destination

The bus was comfortable but not the most comfortable or cleanest I've seen. The staff was polite. They offered water bottles and snacks (peanuts) to everyone. We left on time, made 3 stops (toilet/food) and arrived on time. They only made one final stop in Kathmandu near the Bishnumati river close to the Bijeshawri bridge even though they told me they would make multiple stops including the tourist bus stop near Thamel, so I had to walk more than planned. It feels like they chose whatever they feel like doing on that day. Anyhow, the main reason I'm leaving a 3-star review is that during the whole 8-hour ride, there was loud Nepali music playing on the bus, so it's very tough to sleep or relax and it gives you a headache. It was so loud that you can still hear it even with headphones on.
