As a solo female traveler, this was sketchy. A random person texted me asking for my hotel information even though I had already provided it. The car stank like smoke and the music was so loud the entire way. We took two completely unnecessary breaks in the middle of nowhere. If there hadn’t been other girls in the car with me, I would’ve been fairly anxious.

We left Petra 20 minutes earlier, which was ok. But instead of announced 20 minutes break on the way we waited more than 30 minutes for our driver. The worst think... after we came to Amman, driver recommended us waiting taxi drivers without licence and overcharged prices. Obviously they cooperate with this mafie for a commission
