The boat was not on time, and there was no staff present at the D11 counter to assist or provide any information. At 3:10 PM (as instructed in the email to arrive 30 minutes early), we called the number provided in the message. The woman who answered was helpful. However, shortly after, another man approached us and rudely scolded us for calling. His behavior was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional, and he remained rude until we boarded.
Despite booking the trip in advance, there was a clear lack of organization and convenience. The only reason I’m giving this experience 3 stars is because the boat crew themselves were polite and accommodating.
