I booked a VIP bus with New Road but on arrival at the bus station they tried to put me on a standard sofa bus. When I complained they transfered me to a VIP bus operated by Open Visit. I was doing to give them 1 * but I gave them 2 because in the end I was on a bus of the quality I booked. I don't recommend New Road Travels and Tours.

Much traffic jam and 4 hours delay. Luckily the bus was very comfortably and the stuff friendly. No toilets in the bus, but short breaks every 30 Minutes
