The bus is old, with no leg room, super uncomfortable for so many hours of travel. I'm 182, I'm not Pau Gasol, and my legs were squeezed by the seat in front of me. We did not sleep a wink.

The drive was smooth. The conductor spoke English. We had 3 toilet stops along the ride, 1st was for passengers to change bus for Istanbul, other 2 were toilet stops. The 3rd place had snacks. The gozleme and hot tea was good at the last stop. We also had a snack & drink served. All passengers to Pamukkale were transferred to a smaller van to bring us into the town. There we listened to staff on possible tours to take (no obligation). After that, we were dropped to our hotel at no charge. There was wifi & usb charger for mobile device
