Budva to Mostar Destination Reviews

The bus arrived 2 hours late. The transport itself is in poor condition - broken seats, a broken toilet, and it's dirty. The carrier also charges 1 euro for each luggage (WTF?)

The main driver had absolutely no concern for the passengers. The bus was comfortable and clean. The driver acted as if there were no passengers. He would just stop the bus and not say a word as to why or how long we would be stopped. 1st stop - 15 minutes after arriving on time, but leaving late was to buy beverages he could have bought at the station. 2nd - to gas up. 3rd - to wait for connecting passengers. 4th - an explained break at a bus station. 5th - for a wild fire. My complaint isn't that we made stopes, except for the beverages, but not being informed (exception #4). After a long stay on the side of the road, he just gets in, turns the bus around and starts driving back the way we came, NO EXPLANATION. This is not a language issue, but a lack of communication from the company representative. I am not upset about the response to the fire, but complete lack of information.

The bus was late by 30 minutes, we stopped randomly and we arrived 2 hours later than supposed to. The bus was comfortable and had good ac. The bus was late by 30 minutes and we had no updates about if it’s even coming, we stopped randomly during the trip a few times, one time I saw the driver buying some fruit for himself and in the end we arrived 2 hours later than supposed to, so if someone had some plans, they might have been ruined.

Comfortable ride but delayed. The bus was warm, clean, and comfortable. The driver was polite and safe. We were told we would have a 25 minute break during the journey, but the break ended up being closer to 45 minutes. At a later stop, we also paused for an unknown reason without explanation. Eventually, someone boarded the bus and we heard the driver say that the other passengers on the bus had been waiting for almost an hour. We were never told why we were waiting, but it was annoying to arrive an hour later than the scheduled arrival because we already had limited daylight hours in our next destination. The toilet on the bus was locked and there was no wifi.
