The bus ride was okay. Nothing really special. The AC worked throughout the whole trip. Be prepared to pay 1-2 euros extra to place your luggage on hold. Also, ALWAYS print your e-ticket

We were put in a van, instead of a bus that we had paid for. It was not very comfortable and extremely (!) hot in the back of the van. The AC was working poorly and the heat (!) was on while it was 30 degrees outside

The seats were comfy. Stopped for a toilet break where there was actually no working toilet. And the journey took two hours longer than expected.

Bus OK, but luggage is paid extra and no wifi. Luggage paid extra, it's ridiculous. And nowadays a bus without wifi is a low standard.

My travel from Mostar to Budva. The driver was relatively polite and tried to manage the difficult situation as best as he could. We traveled from Mostar to Budva on the 9:30 AM bus and arrived at 6:10 PM. The journey was quite difficult due to a lack of communication and organization from the travel company. Initially, we had to wait for another bus, and 40 minutes into the journey, that bus broke down. We then had to wait for 90 minutes for bus to get fixed. When we finally switched buses, there were not enough seats for all passengers. We arrived in Budva 2.5 hours later than scheduled.

The bus was wonderful and trip was comfortable but the driver was so rude. The driver was so rude. In Trebinje station, we get in bus a little bit early. The bus wasn't locked just the door was closed. So we just opened and get in. We didn't know it was forbidden or so. Because no one said sth like that. A minute later, the driver came and scolded us as if we are his children. He could just say that it is forbidden and don't do that again. But noooo! He yelled and lashed and ruined our trip. Even if we said we are sorry and there was no warnings. If there is a mistake we made it's okay we can accept this. But there is nothing to justify his behaviour.
