This is a popular product made for foreign visitors who want to visit multiple cities in the Kansai Area within the period of availability: 1,2,3 or 4 days.
This ticket allows you to travel easily in Kansai by train, which the West Japan Railway Company (JR-WEST) operates. It provides greater freedom and convenience during your trip!
What’s included in this product?
Unlimited travel for all conventional lines of JR-WEST, Kansai-airport Express HARUKA in the Kansai Area.
Trains available: Special Rapid Services, Rapid Services, and Local trains on JR-WEST, Kansai-airport Express HARUKA, Kyoto City Subway, Keihan Railway, and Hankyu Railway.
How to use?
Once your booking is completed, 12Go will send you the confirmation with a 12Go voucher.
You can exchange and activate it for a rail pass ticket at the ticket office or the ticket machine with the blue passport logo. It requires your passport and a QR code on a voucher.
Please also bring your passport to reserve a seat on HARUKA conveniently at the ticket office with JR staff or the ticket machine.
It is very easy to travel on any JR train with a rail pass ticket in your hand through the gate!
Restriction
- Valid only for non-Japanese passport holders with a "Temporary Visitor" visa stamp. Obtain a Temporary Visitor stamp at immigration to obtain a JR Pass. Do not pass through the automatic gates as no stamp will be affixed.
- Individual customers are not allowed to purchase or exchange more than one of the same tickets for the same use period.
- Standard luggage size: Total dimensions (A + B + C) up to 160 cm.
