How to use the Hakone Free Pass Voucher?
To redeem your Hakone Free Pass voucher, please present the QR code and your passport at the exchange counter to receive the physical ticket.
📍In Tokyo you can visit Odakyu the Sightseeing Service Center, Shinjuku West. Location: B1 floor of Odakyu Line Shinjuku Station West Exit, in front of the ticket gate.
