Nagano Niigata Area Pass Coverage
- JR EAST Line (including buses)
- Narita Express train
- Tokyo Monorail (access to Haneda airport)
- All Hokuetsu Express Lines, All Izu Kyuko Lines, Echigo Tokimeki Railway: Arai-Naoetsu
- Reserved seats for ordinary cars on the Nikko, Kinugawa, and SPACIA Kinugawa limited express trains that operate directly between JR EAST and TOBU RAILWAY.
- Regular trains from Shimo-imaichi to Tōbu-nikkō and Kinugawa-onsen on the TOBU RAILWAY line.

How to use the Nagano & Niigata Area Pass?
Go to Green Ticket Vending Machines and pick up a Physical Ticket by scanning the QR code on e-tickets and non-Japanese passports. Reserved seat tickets can be reserved at a green ticket vending machine or a station ticket office.
Nagano & Niigata Area Pass Eligibility
- This offer is not available to Japanese passport holders.
- Children aged 0-1 travel for free.
- Up to two children (ages 1-5) can travel free with an adult rail pass holder if they do not occupy a seat. For a third child or more, a child rail pass is required.
