Swiss Travel Pass Flex Validity
This pass offers 3 days of unlimited travel, allowing you to take as many trips as you like within a calendar day (from midnight to 5 am the next day), depending on the option you select.

The travel days don’t have to be consecutive and can be spread out over a 1-month period, starting from the first day of validity.

The pass activates on the date of purchase, which is considered the first travel day. It's available exclusively to residents outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Swiss Travel Pass Tickets
Your ticket will be sent as a PDF attachment in your booking confirmation email. Please note that this is a receipt and not a valid travel document. We will send you instructions on how to activate your travel days. Once activated, you will receive a valid ticket for each travel day, which must be presented at ticket inspections—either as a printed copy or on your mobile device.

Who is eligible to purchase a Swiss Travel Pass?
The Swiss Travel Pass is available exclusively to individuals who are permanently residing outside of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Refunds policy
Refundable up to one day before the 'valid from' date. After this date, if the pass has not been used, you can claim a refund of up to 85% of its value. If the pass has been used in any way, a refund will not be given.
