They also provide sleeping attire like blankets and pillows that make your trip that extra bit more comfortable.

The air-conditioning is just the right temperature and the buses are usually on time and you even sometimes arrive earlier than what is suggested on the ticket.

Do not expect the staff to speak any English. Because of that they may look unfriendly

Always double check the platform number indicated on your bus ticket as it is often changed and you risk to miss your bus!

Try to avoid sitting at the back as it’s hotter and bumpier and some drivers are faster than others when going round windy roads.

Note that at night the lights are switched on every time the bus stops at the bus station en-route, so an eye sleeping mask can come handy if you want to sleep.

Though food is served during the journey – either on board or in a food court as the bus stops, it is just an ordinary rice and curry variety and it can be hard to get a vegetarian dish if you need one.
