Anonymous The ride itself was very good. You should really say where the boat leaves exactly! Put up signs, or say it on the ticket very clearly and obvious what the boats name is or something like that. Us and a lot of other people were running back and forth on the piers as there a lot of your boats. This was very annoying, as many almost did not catch the boat. We didn‘t see any signs at all. Everyone had to ask the workers there.

Anonymous Boat was comfortable & provided sufficient options for food & beverage’s. Good customer service was. Seating comfort was excellent; departure was in time; access & egress to boat was serviceable. Staff were very helpful & attentive, especially as we had large suitcases in tow. Better signage at Split advising of cruise destination. The pier number was fine but a sign or notification on the boat about its destination would have been appropriate.

Anonymous Summer vacation. We like using the Jadrolinija ferries from Split to the island of Hvar. They offer a decent service, with good facilities, at a reasonable price. The Catamarans are quick, while the ferries offer a great view during the trip. Thumbs.
