Timely departure and arrival. The heater was on to the maximum, making the temperature too high for a comfortable ride.

They charged us for all luggage including small ones, they charge station fees and driver is rude. Nothing, I'll not that country again. They find excuse to charge extra money for everything.

Outrageous lie saying that the trip from Podgorica to kotor takes 2 hours. Its more than 3 hours!! AC barely working, driver is rude, falcly advertised toilets on the bus that don't exist. But most of all absolute lie about ETA! Yes there was a delay of 25 min on the road due to a protest but even without it we would never make it to kotor in 2 hours! It's more than 3 hours with all the extra stops in different towns! And bus is so old that it should have been retired 20 years ago.

Old bus, no air con. The drive itself was good and we were only 15 mins late. The bus was fully packed and without functioning air conditioning made it really unbearable. The bus is very. I wouldn’t mind paying more for a journey with a proper bus with an aircon. And there is a demand as the bus was full.

Met the schedule. In general, I found the drivers unpleasant in their treatment and having to give 2 euros for each suitcase is uncomfortable because one usually uses only a credit card.

There is a bus station fee of 1,5 euro approx in each bus station in Montenegro on top on the online ticket that you have bought which is not mentioned anywhere, only at the bus station counters. Additionally, if you don't have your e-ticket printed, you are charged also with printing fee in each bus station.

Not good. It was easy to buy the ticket. The bus took me to the final destination. That's about it. I had to pay 1.5 euro per person for a mysteriuos station charge which could have been avoided if I bought tickets at the station So buying online was not just pointless but not worth it. In addition to that i had to pay additional 2 euros for luggage storage on the bus which is unheard of, at least for me, although I travel a lot. Luggage came out of the storage very dirty. The trip was a bit weird as well. At first we stopped for quite a bit on the side of the road so that the driver can have a chat on the phone. Then we stopped again because after counting money the driver decided that something wasn't right and started counting passengers and checking tickets again. The driver was smoking cigarettes while driving. All of these things make the driver look very unprofessional. There were no seatbelts on the bus which would be beneficial considering the dangers of mountainous roads. All in all, I wouldn't buy online tickets again in Montenegro because I ended up overpaying.
