Anonymous Flight delayed. We didn’t get to use to ticket to get the experience. Our flight from stanstead to zadar airport was delayed by 45mins which meant by the time we arrived in zadar we will have missed our bus to zadar old town. We had booked the tickets in advance. We tried calling to ask if we could use the ticket on another bus that was leaving zadar airport for 12:15. But we was unable to get through so we ended up not using the ticket and we wasn’t refunded at all. We ended up having to buy another ticket to board the bus which was very annoying and so frustrating too.

Anonymous The driver from Zadar do Airport on 8th october at 8:30 was rude. The next driver (white bus) had more empathy. Luckily he checked my ticket and allowed to enter the bus half an hour earlier. The driver left good impression. I bought the ticket from site getbybus in the proevious day. My departure was planned at 10:05. However I was at the bus station at 8:10. The earliest bus was at 8:30. A asked the driver if I could go at 8:30 and I received rude answer - NO. , if I want to go I have to buy new ticket. I have to mention that completely empty bus went towards the airport. For me it was nonsense. The driver left a really bad impression.
