We had no local money and no ideas where to exchange the money. Few of us carried our luggage to find the place where we exchange the money. It was the worst day for us.

The driver and van were fine but HQ made a mistake with my ticket and even though I confirmed they almost didn't let me on the van that I paid for an confirmed until the driver let me squeeze in with 3 other people in the middle row

It was a comfortable ride from Tbilisi to Yerevan. The van was specious with enough legroom unlike Marshrutka. Border crossing was hassle free. The driver was efficient and made a longer stop in Armenia.
