Terrible ride. It was a normal car, not mini van. The front window was cracked. Ride took way longer, for example we stopped at some point for almost 30 min because driver wanted to smoke few cigarets. Driver was rude to other drivers in the cities. I didn’t feel safe and comfortable. At some point some random guy join the car, just before Yerevan. We had to squeeze because of this.

The driver left us at the boarder waiting no more then 5 mins even if he must wait 30 minutes according to the booking policy's. Terrible service

Took us 7h to get to Yerevan, the minivan didn't have aircon and was quite old so some parts of the trip were quite challenging for it. We stopped at a nice place to grab some food.

No Wi-Fi. It was another company (50 GEL) at bus station. Communication bad. 30 min delay departure. 1 hour delay arrival. Landscapes during travel are amazing. Driver drove safely.

Time was changed and location was changed on us last moment. Vehicle did so many rest stops and was unnecessary and added time to the trip

The minivan was closer to a people smuggling van than anything else. It was tighter than ships travel in Europe, the pretty much non-existent trunk meant to have to travel with all the bags in the tiny spaces left in the people space or on top of us. It was 5 hours of hardship compared to our way up from Yerevan with a different company. The staff, of course didn’t speak any English, which is ok, but had zero empathy or willingness to help or to understand us. Not friendly at all. Really recommend to go with a different company.
