Very easy booking thru 12Go after facing issues with the official website. Overall train was on time. Would be great if hot snacks could be available for purchase on the train and if AC could be stronger. It was quite hot even in first class coach.

Unfortunately, the train was over an hour late reaching Samarkand and we were over an hour late reaching Tashkent. I still don’t know why there was such a delay, no explanation provided, which is really poor. The train journey itself was fine, comfortable, and the staff friendly, but, the damage had already been done with the train being so late.

WE were in second class seating , but it was comfortable and reasonably priced. WE left and arrived on time.

It was heat inside the train. It needs more fresh air. The beds are comfortable

Seats were lumpy. The upper berth is too cramped and one can barely sit up. Rest, the train was on time and the sheets supplied were fresh.
