Heidi BThis is not company offering transfer. I was only taken to Tashkent bus terminal where I had to change to a carpool Yandex. The car was small and uncomfortable. I arrived to Samarkand 2 hours late because other passengers were dropped off first and we drove past Samarkand for this. Don't book with this company.

Pip DThe train was excellent. I’m travelling with my daughter and we were allocated seats in separate carriages. I had a spare seat beside me, so my daughter could have travelled with me. Because of heavy luggage, it wasn’t possible to change one we realised. Otherwise, the experience was good.

Amelito SThe bus left on time at 1:30pm and supposed to arrive 5:00pm - it arrived 6:45pm due to the heavy traffic in the highway. The driver re routed in some partially paved road to avoid the traffic - but he was driving crazy, super bumpy ride and honks at everyone who is running slow. He even counter flowed in the highway and “tried to insert the bus into the barriers going to the opposite direction to save time since we are behind schedule. Snacks were only given 30mins before arrival in Samarkand.
As a tourist, I did not feel safe about the services offered by all comfort bus. It was not comfortable at all - atleast from my experience.
