The bus pick up us late around and hour and we arrived late to our destination.
The bus station wasn't a bus station.
They made us pay for the luggage transportation (and it was included).
The bus was dirty, with oil, noisy (with loud music) and the driver was smoking all the way.
Won't trust this bus company again.

Booking the coach was an easy simple experience, Staff at the GoBus offices were very helpful. The coach was modern and comfortable. However it was let down by the toilet onboard which was extremely dirty and lacked toilet paper and hand towels!!!!! Even so I will use GoBus again.

The company was changed to another company, but the company didn’t know my booking. The bus was already full. I couldn’t take a bus on time. Fortunately, they found another bus in 2 hours later.

The bus didn't leave on time; it arrived almost 30 minutes late. Honestly, they rarely leave on time. The bus was comfortable, and they also gave us water and snacks. Be patient because if they say the total journey takes 10 hours, they should add another 2 (police checkpoints, stops, etc.).

The estimated 10-hour drive stretched to 12 hours. The departure was almost on time, but after 20 minutes of driving, we stopped and stood still for 1.5 hours without any reasonable explanation.
For such a long journey, the legroom between seats is absolutely insufficient. Only one stop.

The DD class buses are twice as comfortable as Japanese night buses; the DD class buses are wider, have comfortable air conditioning, and even have TVs on the seats to watch movies.
There were no disadvantages to using this bus other than the fact that Egyptian was on the phone without a care in the world around him.
