1. We paid for business class . But the tickets we got were for normal bus. We were cheated of 20 euros by the website otobeesy. 2. There were no charging ports to charge our phone or ipad. How do you expect people to travel for 10 hours without charging their phone. 3. It was dirty. There were banana peeling on the floor and the table tray was dirty. 4. The bathroom was also dirty. 5. The man who put our luggage in the bus demanded 100 egp . Although our ticket should cover that but he also scammed us. 6. Everyone scammed us. Terrible service. Never travelling from gobus again. Atleast in egypt.

Our Bus was cancelated 1 month before departure and nobody contact us to inform about , I find out on the departure night at 23:30pm after We leave Hotel , the company staff from Gobus offert as alternative next morning bus at 10 ... not luxure local uncorfortable bus take more tham 10hour to arrive. 12GO never inform us.
