Tony FThought I was booking a train ticket. Didn't find out until after the order was made that I was paying for someone else to make the booking which meant that there was a long delay. We had to arrive at the station really early to collect our tickets. The WhatsApp communication was very poor. When we collected our tickets, we had no return ticket. We asked about this and had to pay for two second class return tickets as the first class was fully booked. Then we got a WhatsApp saying the return tickets would be sent, so don't worry. Then we got another message saying sorry the booking hadn't gone through. The whole experience was very confusing and far too confusing to explain in a little text box like this. It was a stroke of luck that we paid for our return tickets, at the ticket office in Cairo as we would've been stranded in Alexandria the next day as the train was full. On the plus side, you did manage to achieve success with half the booking and you did refund the return charge we had been billed for. Definitely the first and last time I'll use this app.

Rosemary C90 mins late! 90 mins of heat and constantly being approached at Cairo airport by other taxis. We have used 12 go Asia before which was excellent. I wouldn't use again if they direct you to Pharos tours. For our return journey we used uber comfort which was on time and 25% cheaper even after I tipped generously.
So overall it's pot luck depends who they pass your journey onto.

Rik DI paid 176 Euro with you for 2 tickets instead of 103 dollar if I had bought directly and easily at the ticketing office.. That’s nearly double and I had to wait 2 hours and go through hassle to get to meet your agent to get the tickets. What a hassle and for too expensive!!
