It was a horrible experience, it took longer than specified, it was smelly, no comfort breaks and no air con, the ceiling panel also broke, so no air circulating.

We thought all buses would be of a similar standard but I really would not pick this bus company if you have any other options at all- change your timings if you need in order not to use this. The seats were extremely uncomfortable, the bus was dirty, if there was air conditioning it didn’t seem to work well, the bus seemed to be a stopping service and beggars would frequently get on and ask everyone for money, we arrived around 40 mins late (for a nominally 3 hour journey), yet did not have a proper rest break. We couldn’t work out how this was the same price as the (Supratours) bus from Marrakech to Essaouira, which was perfect.

no air conditioning on the bus despite it being advertised as air-conditioned bus! Temperature was 40 degrees outside and even hotter inside! Made me feel ill and nearly passed out on bus - will never use again!
