I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this trip was full of unpleasant surprises. To be brief, the outbound journey was great; the bus was clean and the crew friendly. During the break along the way, they clearly told us it was a break. However, on the return trip, I don't know which company it was, but the bus was dirty and in poor condition. That wasn't a big deal, though; it was the smell that was unpleasant—a mixture of diesel and vomit! In short, a journey where we felt nauseous the entire time, with very frequent stops to pick up other passengers until they were all crammed into the aisle. Obviously, we arrived an hour late! So, I'm very disappointed, as are my companions.

On time departure, broken seats, crowded bus (we had to give up one of our paid seats to others), helpful staff, good driver, extra £ for luggage but overall OK.

The driver arrived in time and his car was okay. So far so good. But then... we arrived 90 min later than booked. The drive took not 2 but 3,5 hours. The driver smooked during the break, which gave a bad smell in the car. He spoke no English at all. He had no clue where in Marrakech we where going, which seemed strange, as we we gave the name and adress of our hotel during booking to 12Go. He also tried to get us out of the car in Marrakech more than 800 m from our hotel, but I used the Maps app and did not accept it. We specially choose this hotel because we would not have to cross the noisy medina and walk only 300 m with our luggage. He said the road was blocked, which was not true! In the end he dropped us at the right point.

Poor bus experience but at least we made it. Luggage is not included so expect to pay 5MAD per luggage. The bus has clearly never been washed or cleaned since 1992, it’s so dusty and dirty. The seats aren’t comfortable, the driver was very slow so it took 4h instead of 3.

Took us to a very unsafe bus terminal that was not actually a station just a make shift yard. We almost got robbed and it was a very scary experience
