Anonymous Wrong terminal, bumpy ride. Not many passengers. He finished his ride at the wrong terminal, not wanting to go further. All passengers on the bus had plans scheduled for a different terminal. We all had to get an extra taxi to get to pur place. The tickets say we stop at drita terminal, he finished before even getting to Tirana. The van was old and the ride was very bumpy.

Anonymous Behavior of driver. Friendly passengers. The driver smoked regularly while driving endangering the health of passengers! The driver was tired and needed 2 passengers to assist him on paper work while crossing border for the 6 hour journey!

Anonymous 1 hour delay, driver just crazy extra breaks bad communication. We made it. tiny and bad seats, extended ride due to driver. driver screaming at guests because he is too stupid to count numbers on hist on list.

Anonymous Drivers couldn’t have done more for us although they weren’t going to Durres as initially indicated. No air conditioning and very noisy minibus.

Anonymous The trip was supposed to take 6 hours, but it took 7,5 hours because we stopped many times (some of the stops didn't seem necessary at all). The driver didn't speak English, and he didn't say what each stop was for, how long we would be there and whether we would have the chance to use the bathroom. And the worst, he didn't seem to care.

Anonymous Late for 1.5 hours because driver stop for coffee and cigarettes every 20 minutes. We were late by 1.5 hours to Tirana because the driver stopped every 20 minutes for a cigarette and coffee which was just frustrating. There was no traffic, no problem with anything other than the driveR. Eventually I screamed at then after another totally unneeded stop after the border crossing, the guy said "POLAKO this is normal cause it's Balkans" The driver had zero consideration for being 1.5 late, about other people's plans, possible other bus connections. ZERO fucks given, and there was another guy who complained before me, but was totally ignored. I think they were rude to him. We also stoped so the local guy I guess a regular customer could go shop for some oil in Macedonia or whatever.. In general we made so many unnecessary stops, everyone was exhausted...

Anonymous We were less than 15 passengers so the vehicle was a van, that was totally understandable!!! Even we did a few stops to facilities we arrived really earlier (from Skopje to Tirana). And I wan to say that the driver was one of the nicest persons that I’ve met in the Balkans, he gave me the instructions in English because I was the only one that was a foreigner!!! A really good experience!!

There were A LOT of stops during the trip It wasn’t a big bus and there were no information about that I was asked to show the printed tickets - there was no information that I should print it The bus didn’t have any toilet and all the stops have paid toiled and it was possible to pay only by cash, I didn’t have cash, so it was difficult for me to wait till the end of the trip.
