Anonymous Teribil. It was a bad experience,the website hasn’t sent me the ticket properly,only the itinerary and I’ve been asked to print that out. Had a argument with the bus driver to let me in ,I’ve showed him the payment wich I have done it online.He was keep asking €2 cash for back packs to everyone saying that the back packs are not included in the ticket and I’m not talking about big luggage.

Daniellou SWe need to paid extra charges !! 2 euros more per person at the counter desk (because We only paid 19 euros with thé online operator, 1 euro to print the vouchers !!!! and 2 euros per luggage directly to the car driver. We were 2:15 late due to an accident.. 0 information provided to us by the cardriver. No air conditionning during the 3 first hours (hot air)

Shelby TWe had to pay an additional €2 per ticket in CASH as the "station fee". Meaning we had to pay €5 in ATM fees to get cash out. The bus was 40mins late picking us up, arrived over an hour late, and dropped us off 20 mins away from our destination with little explanation other than "police".

Anonymous It is. Clean bus, comfortable ride. The driver charget 2 euros for the bag, did his personal shopping on the way nd told us to leave the bus while entering Tirana. He bought us public bus tickets for a packed bus. I guess he didn't want to go into the city traffic. It was a ridiculous experience.

Anonymous The bus driver stopped to change tires. The bus was almost 60 minutes late in the end! The bus was very delayed. The bus had stopped for "paus" to change tires. This was a planned change of tires and nothing extra ordinary happened. NO communication that this would result in the bus getting late/delayed. The whole thing is outrageous! Extremely bad. And even though this, the bus driver stopped for coffe/eating in the middle after the tire change. Remember, the distance is about 150 km - the bus driver should AT most stop 1 time for 10 minutes. In sweden the bus driver drives further than this and not stop and sweden is the safest country in the world. This kind of behaviour resulted in me getting late and piss people of. And the bus driver did not even tell that the bus was late. My ticket was 22 euro and I paid 3 euro extra in podgorica for taxes and printing ticket (show me where it said I need a printed ticket and you dont need to pay that 2 euro for printed ticket. ).

Anonymous Podgorica to Tirana. Bus was confortable, ride was nice. I won't blamed the company or bus driver. I will blame Albania infrastructure on roads. There is no sight of any improvement in the future. A ride that should take a 4 hours it took 7 hours.

Anonymous Driver dropped us all off at the wrong location. Driver dropped us all off at the wrong location, at a random bus stop in the middle of town. We had to catch a taxi 10km across town to get to the bus station.

Anonymous Viaje cansador. El conductor, un hombre desconsiderado con los pasajetos (eramos alrededor de 20 personas) y nadie le reclamó sus faltas de respeto al dejarnos cargando combustible y él pasar a comerse un sandwich a la cafetería. Cargar combustible con el bus con pasajeros en el horario del recorrido? Impresentable. Después se detuvo, nos volvió a dejar y se bajó a comprar muchas bdbidas, las que se iba tomando en el camino mientras conducía. Con lo atrasados que íbamos paró para que bajáramos unos minutos y al preguntarle a qué hora llegaríamos a Pristina respondió con ironía: mañana por la mañana. Causando preocupación en una niña brasileña. El bus era tan viejo y destartalado que la escotilla se abrió unas 4 veces mientras conducía (lo que causaba frio) u md preocupaba se saliera provocando acciddnte a otros vehículos y que tuviéramos que continuar dl viaje en esas condiciones. Nadie reclamaba..
