Jerzho MYou should inform better that its just a public bus, no one with at least a tshirt for us to recognize. Just some guy outside saying that hes from the company. No office nothing. I got a bus card with a different destination on it. The bus label was different. Chairs werent comfortable as expected. Very crowded and filthy bus. Never again.

Hannah We had to pay an additional luggage fee even though we flew here with handluggage only. So be prepared that you have to pay either way. Also we had to wait 30 minutes until we could leave because there were people trying to sell stuff in the bus. There was no toilet or stopps. We made it there on time tho.

Vivien RUnfortunately we booked tickets from marrakech to Agadir at 6pm and after that people from the bus station told us that our bus is not going to agadir because of Ramadan. We weren’t alone with this problem. Three other people also booked tickets for the bus. We tried to get maybe another bus but they all were going really late. People who worked there helped us and discussed how we can get earlier to agadir. In the end we got a car for us five people with a driver who drove us to Agadir. We should pay him only 6€ per person for this ride. That was a perfect solution for all of us. And we weren’t alone with so thankful for the people who helped us and for the driver.

Inger LThe booking and the bus trip worked very well but the insurens part was a bit confusing as it did not seem to cover the duration of the booked trip - it seemed to start 6 hours later than the booked trip??

Isabelle HWe really enjoyed this trip a lot overall - our tour guide Lachen was very engaging and we learnt a lot from him. The hike through the mountains was also absolutely beautiful and the lunch at the end was very much appreciated also (it was delicious). It is incredibly good value. Our only complaint is that the camels did not seem very well looked after and this part of the day trip we found very sad - there is definitely a lot of scope for change here and it is the only reason we would hesitate to recommend the tour going forward.

Harold MGood safe driver, don't think you should have to pay to check bags in when tickets are more expensive than other buses. Tight seating without checking bags in.
