Very shitti Busdrive-company!! It was a catastrophe!! The bus started 45 Min later than planed because they wanted more people to drive with them. We arrived one hour later than planed in Essaouira and needed 4 hours instead of 3 hours. Then on the drive to Essaouira we had no stop for toilette. Many people were suffering because of this. I asked for a short 5 Min Stop for toilet because I really needed to go after 3 hours of waiting. and they said no to me. I left the bus 30km with all my luggage before we arrived in Essaouira in a small village because I really needed to go to toilet and driver not wanted to stop. I had to argue with him to give me my luggage. After this the bus drove away and left me alone in the middle of nowhere. I had to tramp to Essaouira and arrived at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night instead of how I planed at 8 o'clock in the evening!!!

A comfortable journey and having a stop midway was useful. Having to pay extra for baggage at the bottom of the coach was a bit of a con, especially as the cost per the email was 5 but the guy charged us 6. It should also be made clear that you have to go to an office to pay this, as we didn't realise and I was worried that we would miss the coach.

The pick up point is not at the station road of Marrakesh. The official travel guide at the bus station pushed 4 people of us to the back pf a small cab, and charged us 50Dh for catching the bus for us at another station. But the fact was we arrived 15 minutes before at the Station Road of Marrakesh as stated on the ticket purchased online. The bus was so dirty as if it wasn’t cleaned for 30 years.
