The bus was in a very bad shape. Dirty and smelly. People in the bus was smoking (vape). EVERYBODY was using theirs telephone with loud Music/ speaker. Both Way, The tour was 3,5 hour, and not 3. We also stop to put gas on. - the driver could have done that before starting the trip, and not meenwile.

Bus left on time, air con worked, brief toilet/coffee stop half way to Essaouira. No toilet on the bus. No one took any notice of seat numbers on their ticket and sat where they wanted but we all ended up with a seat so all good. Tip - make sure you buy your ticket for your luggage at the bus station before boarding, approximately 10 dirham for each large case/rucksack. Not clear, people queued and then sent back to get a sticker for their luggage. Good experience overall after a few reviews nearly put us off.

The bus trip was ridiculous. We stopped 30 times (I’m not joking or exaggerating) over a 3 hour ride. We stopped at every single village to pick up and then drop off random people at random places, including freaking local HITCHHIKERS. The driver constantly opened the luggage door and started driving, forgetting to close it. Genuinely surprised our bags made it to the final destination and didn’t feel off on the side of the road or wasn’t stolen by literally any one of 100 ppl that had access to it. Ah, and they also tried to scam us for the luggage transportation price at the very beginning. Paid for a direct bus and ended up in a circus wagon. If you need a bus in Morocco - only use CTM bus company, they are the only ones who actually knows anything about business ethics (for less money). Don’t fall for any other “bus company” crap like this one. It’s a shit show.

Well trip took us 4 5 hours long when we have paid for 2 5 hrs , then we have booked door to door service ( hotel to hotel ) and we gotten dropped off at he beach side 💀solo very poor service to be honest !
