Absolutely terrible experience. We booked a transfer from Agadir to Marrakech with a confirmed reservation, yet nobody showed up to pick us up. We waited for over an hour at the agreed location with zero communication from the driver or the company.
Only after WE contacted the company ourselves on WhatsApp did they finally respond, telling us the driver “couldn’t find the location” and was already on the highway, so apparently he just decided to leave without us. Completely unacceptable and unbelievably unprofessional.
What makes this even worse is that they claimed the driver tried to call us normally, even though we have a foreign number. Any serious transfer company knows international travelers use WhatsApp. And the funniest part? Two days earlier, during our transfer from Marrakech to Agadir, their other driver contacted us perfectly fine through WhatsApp both the day before and on pickup day. So clearly they know how to do it when they actually care.
Instead of solving the problem, they simply abandoned us and left us stranded despite a fully confirmed booking. No proper apology, no effort to come back, no real solution offered.
If you want reliability, professionalism, or basic customer service, avoid this company at all costs. One of the worst travel experiences we’ve had.

Shokatali IAll good except the bus was suppose to leave at 11 .50 n reach Agadir 3.20 the bus left at 12.20 n reached Agadir after 4 so so the bus did not leave or reach destination on time

Filip NThe bus did not go. When we were asking around nobody know where the bus should leave from until someone told us that it did not operate on that day but said to get on the 19 pm one. We got to Agadir did not have to pay for the other bus but honestly I do not know what we would do if there were no more free seals on the later one.

Heather DBus was on time and clean, it felt safe and made it to the destination in good time, with a convenient stop at a clean service station. I’m not sure what made it ‘comfort’ though, there was only standard coach leg room and although there were usb charging sockets they did not work at all - so just a standard coach really.

Nadja SGreat pick up and great driver, going from Marrakesh to Agadir - apart from the fact the pick up time was pushed back by the taxi company by 2 hours the evening before the booked time the next morning! Screwed up our plans the next day!

Valesca DThe transfer was good. There was a break. The baggage are not included in the price. In our bus was a complete yoghurt spilled on the floor but the driver didn't do anything to clean it. So we sat with our feet in yoghurt.
