We didnt get the deluxe seats we paid for. We went with you because a booking directly with gobus was not possible. We paid 524 insteas of 500. Ok fair enough for the margin. But on the ticket i got were the low class seats for 310. Nobody on the bus got snacks or drinks or food, so that is also a promise broken. All by all, seats were comfortable, price was okay. Just not as promised on the site.
