We booked a private SUV. The driver came with a mini Van. For over 90€ I want to get what I pay for! The driver couldn’t speak Englisch so Communication only my over translate. After he dropped us off, he wanted that we pay him 30€ Cash and waited over 45 min in front our hotel and wanted to discuss. He called his boss and he said we have to pay him this even when we paid already. Not acceptable!

Driver was unprofessional. Driving was reckless and the driver was distracted, there were multiple times when the car was on the kerb and the driver’s hands were not on the wheel. The driver also smoked in the car when we told him not to.

It was okay. The bus stopped and didn’t work after 45min of driving which resulted in a 1 hour break and change to another bus. Also the drive did not always feel 100% safe. In the end we still arrived on time.
