Seat could recline back on a 9 hour trip that ended up being 11 hours trip. No electricity in the sockets and the top plastic for the aircon was hanging from the ceiling, not being able to control the air. It was freezing all the trip and the bus was very dirty. We booked business class and the experience was horrible, very difficult to rest and not being even able to charge our phone. I have pictures of you need.

Driver asked for €10 for a medium size bag and we were supposed to have 2 bags included. trip advertised as 4 hour journey takes 6 hours. no obstruction on the way, misleading information provided and we arrived are unable to change return bus from luxor even though terms and conditions says it’s possible. no help from customer service. we got separated as well and there was no wifi as advertised.

The diver was taking unnecessary risks much of the time, driving too fast, using his phone while driving, racing with other busses etc. The bus was still one hour late, due to many stops and leaving late. The bus was not very clean, seat space small.

The journey was good and on time. However, it makes little sense to separate couples. I had to sit next to a solo traveller and my husband sat on the other side. This was the case for several couples.

Trip was fine, seats were comfortable. We didn't see any food being served despite going business class. Our seat numbers were changed at last minute due to a coach changeover, which was fine but not communicated until last minute.
