The bus service was quite good and arrived on time. However, the overall arrival time was delayed due to some passengers taking a long time at immigration, which caused a significant wait. Additionally, heavy traffic led to us reaching Melaka later than scheduled. On the bright side, the bus was clean and comfortable, though the charging ports were unfortunately not working.

When we started we had only reseaved a ticket for Melaka and not the retour ticket. The bus company advised to buy a new return ticket. After we have started our trip to Melaka we reseaved from 12go our return ticket. So we have now payed for 2 return tickets. The day we went back to Singapore we stood at the agreed place by the hospital but at the last moment you informed us for an other pick up point. The bus pasted the hospital but didn't stopped.
